capri280 Group are organising a special weekend to celebrate 35 years since the final Ford Capri special edition model was produced at Ford‘s Niehl factory in Köln, Germany on 18/19th December 1986. Ford ceased production of nearly 2 million Capri cars over 18 years with 1038 capri280 cars.

We invite Capri 280 owners, Capri clubs from the UK and Europe to join us at this special event over the weekend. Camping overnight is available at the Museum site with a Hog roast and mini bar planned for the Saturday evening.

Saturday will be purely a Capri day with us being guests of the annual Old Ford Rally on the Sunday. More attractions as we have them but your passes include admission to the Excellent British Motor Museum.

Special Guest Sarah Crabtree of the TV series “Bangers and Cash” will be in attendance along with Steve Saxty former Ford designer and now auto book author on historical Ford cars will give presentations and a Q and A on our favourite Ford!

Weekend pass £9 per car including driver and one passenger. overnight night camping additional £10 per person.
The Hog roast will need to be prepaid at £11 per person deposit has been paid we are assuming we have sufficient orders for the outside caterer.
